Due to the fact that we are not all running the same program (or version) on our computers, occasionally you may find that a pdf file printout differs from what you see on screen. If that is the case for you...

When you ask to print [ie, file-print] click the “Advanced” button and then click the check box beside “Print as image” and then click OK. You may like to do this before you print for the first time anyway!!

For best results, change your print settings to “best quality” and “other inkjet papers” (or similar depending on your printer). The smoother and whiter your paper, the better your finished card will be. Smooth, white cardstock (that will go through your printer) is great!

If you do not have cardstock that will happily pass through your printer, you can easily cut a piece of blank cardstock to the size of the background of your project and adhere, just to give some rigidity to your project. For instance by placing an 8x8 piece of cardstock behind your 8x8 background paper or by cutting a tag shaped piece to add strength to a paper tag.
